Health and Information Fairs

Come join Care4You and gather free information on health and wellness services available throughout the San Gabriel Valley at the Adult Recreation Center, Grapevine Arbor Park Area.

Services available on the day of the event will include blood pressure checks, glucose testing and spinal screening.

Enjoy a complimentary lunch provided to all registered senior participants.
To reserve your lunch call James Lara at 626-308-2875 by Thursday, May 1.

All participants in attendance will receive a raffle ticket for a chance
to win door prizes supplied by the Health & Wellness providers.
