BROCCOLI GRAVY TOASTS (with ham)

Ingredients:

6 ounces cooked ham, cut into bite-size pieces

1 cup chopped onion

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth

3 cups broccoli florets

4 slices crusty bread, toasted (4 to 8 ounces)

 
Freshly ground black pepper
